my 3 year old son is not ready to take milk or milk made food. whenever I tried to feed him he just spit it out. please suggest me good alternate sources of milk and milk made food.

A. milk should be in baby diet . you can give ghee butter cheese paneer curd... try developing the interest add horlicks pedia sure or ceregrow or bournvita as baby prefers with milk
