my 3 year old son is having loose and watery stool since 3-4 days doctor has given me reflora r powder and zince syrup n ors but still he is not recovered now waht should i do

Hello ma’am You should not be giving any milk to the child because it increases the number of loose motions so don’t give it along with the medicine that you are giving instead give banana to your child as it really helps a lot in controlling lose motions and if still lose motions are continuing then consult your doctor for a course of antibiotics
