Q.

My 3 year old son has speech issues . if he has to say single words he says it clearly but when there is a time to speak full sentence he speak gibberish language so we started him on speech therapy .its being 5 months still his speech is same. kindly share some solution. Thank you Sir/Madam

A. speech therapy is helpfulfurther for this you can get appropriate guidance by consulting your local doctor to get relevant information and get all your doubts cleared which will be a better approach for this in a proper way it.t becomes difficult to explain here in details without proper examination
