Q.

My 3 year old son coughing whenever he lay down in bed to sleep , coughing stops after he goes to deep sleep. Consulted a Paedriatician he said may be because of allergy and gave a syrup ,but still he is coughing before sleep. What to do ? Any suggestion please

A. Hello dear parent! Complete the course of medication as prescribed by your doctor. Try giving indirect steam inhalation to reduce the discomfort. Warm up coconut oil with crushed camphor. Apply this mixture to the baby’s chest, throat, back and feet soles gently twice a day. Serve healthy foods in cute Babyhug stainless steel bowls and plates to encourage healthy eating.
