My 3 year old girl is suffering from 103 fever at 6:30 i gave her flexon nut at 11pm her temperature is 103 again I'm sponging her but her fever isn't going down n she is shivering please help

A. you must use normal room temp water for sponging. give her meds in advice doses, and it is preferable to consult your doctor in person for further advice. o k
