Q.
My 3 year old girl is not good in having food. And she goes lean day by day. Now swelling appear in her inner mouth.. Is it due to lack of calcium or something else?? Can I give her some supplyments such as zincovit or arbivit at this age???

the most common cause would be due to nutritional deficiency
there is a possibility that your child is having nutritional deficiency which is causiing such changes in the child so give plenty of water and seasonal fruits and vegetables and meet your doctor who will tell you whether any health supplements in the form of iron calcium vitamin D or multi vitamin is required or not
