My 3 year old girl is 17.4 overweight Can she drink milk at night?

A. at this age you cannot give only milk to the child but you will also have to give diet containing cereals pulses vegetables and fruits otherwise the child will not develop proper immunity and the behaviour modification has to be started from your side with proper recxipes as well as playful activities. there is a possibility that the child will not like such activities but you cannot offer milk if the child is not taking other diet because then the purpose of giving outside food will not be solved. x
