my 3 year old girl has a mild fever and is done 2 times watery poop. is there any serious issues? what to do ?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician1 week agoA. this is not watery stool. please give her syp crocin for fever in the right dose and can repeat it in 6 hours. offer her more liquids. all the best
