SandhyaMom of a 8 yr 8 m old girl3 years agoA. Hi, try to give snacks and finger foods to eat to Baby by herself. By this way baby will start eating food and will start enjoying eating food. Initially they’ll make a mess but they will start eating gradually. Include liquids like fresh fruit juice, buttermilk, coconut water. Include buttermilk in every day drink which helps in improving good intestinal bacteria which interns helps in improving appetite. Make a timetable so that you can cover different veggies, fruits, pulses they like to taste different varieties. Since baby is 3+ years you can start giving all the food which you prepare at home but make sure it is less spicy.
