Q.

My 3 year old daughter understands and follows instructions. She has eye contact too but she does not speak much. She says simple words like mumma, papa, hi, bye, aam, aao, up, own (for down). Does she need speech therapy or can I wait? Also is BERA testing required ?

A. hello encourage the child n give it more opportubity to speak n if fekated then chk ur doctor if additional speech therapy is needed fir the child which is better
