my 3 year daughter has the habbit of thumb sucking all the time.please suggest how to get rid of it

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. it is very common it will take some time divert the attention of the baby and it is advisable to consult your local doctor for proper examination and if it is need for appropriate investigations in this regard and far proper management of the problem

NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Babies have natural rooting and sucking reflexes, which can cause them to put their thumbs or fingers into their mouths — sometimes even before birth. Because thumb sucking makes babies feel secure, some babies might eventually develop a habit of thumb sucking when they're in need of soothing or going to sleep.
