Q.

my 3 year and 6 month is able to says numbers, alphabet and rhyme but not following instructions or basic words and poor eye contact . please guide

A. Hello Mom, do not get stressed out on your child’s social milestones. Just observe how the child is with his own pure age group children. Also check his hearing by an audiometrist. You can also consult a neuro developmental Pediatrician for early assessment of autism

A. If your child is not responding to things properly not understanding well and poor eye contact that means there is a problem your child may be having low level of understanding and there is a delay in the growth of your child I believe you all these things your child is saying today must have learnt from the telephone I mobile screen because these days it has become very common to give to the child to teach things so that can lead to delay mental and physical and verbal growth of the child it is going to be good for you to consult a doctor one time I would recommend you to consult a child psychologist
