Q.

my 3 year 3 month old is complaining about stomach pain as soon as I offer food in her mouth. she stopped eating food for the last 1 week. is it common in this age or there is some problem

A. Stomach pain in children is a common complaint seen frequently. There could be many reasons for this .it can be functional or due to some pathology which needs to be ruled out. Common causes are constipation gaseous discomcfort worm infestation gastritis gastroenteritis or some chronic infection . Syp cyclopam 5 ml can be given sos for stomach pain and consult your doctor for proper examinctation to rule out the cause .

A. hello you should better try with the different food option and recipe and try to give small portion of food frequently instead of one large meal at a time and also try to include more of fruits which can help e in the growth of the child and absolutely nothing to worry
