My 3 year 3 month baby is having really very bad cough and cold...cough is very thick...bt it's coming out through nose... every evening he is having fever...he is not eating properly...I have given pacimol for fever...after that the fever came down...bt coughing is the same.. what to do sir

Give steam inhalation to your baby two three times a day. This will help in liquifying mucus and clear the chest congestion.
Apply babyhug rapid relief roll on or vicks vaporub on the chest and feet of the baby to get relief from cough.
Give warm tulsi ginger honey water 3-4 times in a day
