my 3 weeks baby girl is refluxing a lot....while sleeping she lift her hand in fear everytime ...dar rahi hai shayad bahut ....what to do?

A. the baby is only three months of age it is not possible for such a small baby to fear and making movements and vomiting of milk is absolutely normal in babies do burping of the baby after feeding
