Q.
my 3 months old son poops almost in every nappie from 3-4 days and cries like screaming... vomits water mixed milk and sometimes curdled milk. after burp also spit curdled milk.... and poops everyone when gas Pas or cries.... poop is like seedy yellow and sometimes watery with less seeds

But if you feel that it it seems to be something different you can meet your doctor regarding this and the doctor will guide you. this pattern of stool is normal

Consult your child’s doctor for a personal evaluation and seek further advice. Good luck and take care.
