my 3 months old son is having loose motion since 4 days.motions are watery and foul smell is there ( 1st day 6 motions then 2&3 days many small &loose stools and again 4 th day 7 times ).... I'm giving ORS syrup 1ml in a day...still it has not stopped ..what should I give

A. for loose motion you need to maintain proper hydration,give enterfogermina probiotic 2.5 ml twice a day for 5 days, but if the problem continues please consult doctor in case of fever and vomiting also
