Q.

My 3 months old poops for every formula feed, I’m concerned if it is a mucus this is the first she is doing like this

A. Hello mam, as you haven’t post any picture then I will not be able to tell you whether it is mucus or not. But if you see something green and thick and having the foul smell every time and if child is passing lose motion every time then definitely he’s having stomach problem and you need to consult with the doctor.
