my 3 months old keeps putting his fist n fingers in his mouth n keeps sucking them even after fully fed and if we think that he is still hungry we feed him more but he rejects the feed n sucks his fingers. what could be the reason?

A. Teether you should give to the child with because with what the details you are giving to me right now it’s probably associated with teeth coming and it’s common to be seen after completing the time of three months it’s not because of hunger it’s because of teething
