My 3 months old daughter usually passes dark green stool followed my mustard color seedy stool... today she passes grey stool followed by yellow. She is on formula plus mother's milk. Should I be concerned???

A. So This is basically because the formula feeding only due to that sometimes green colour motion in grey colour motion also so that’s normal and sometime it could be little CD also what is your feeling seeds are there always regularly then get it checked once for a sign of stomach infection
