Q.
My 3 months old daughter doesn’t sleep continuously for hours and wakes up within 10 minutes as we put her to sleep. By her face we get to know she is sleepy. She keeps yawning all the time but not able to sleep more than 15-20 mins. What should i do?

ExpertDR MINAL ACHARYANutritionist2 years agoA. at one episode of breastfeeding feed from only one breast (do not switch breast) so the baby gets fat dense hind milk which will keep baby full longer and probably baby will sleep more keep the calm and dim light , soft sounds white noise
