My 3 months old baby not pooping and also not taking milk what to do

A. hi usually it is normal for young babies to not pass stool upto 7 days. so as such no need to worry. but as your child is not taking milk , I would suggest to try different feeding positions. maintain skin to skin Contact while feeding your child which help to encourage your child to take more feeds. give massage to your child regularly which definitely help to regularise bowlmovements
