my 3 months old baby is having mild cough.what can be the remedy for the same.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Cough along with Cold most of the time is a viral illness and it needs supportive care along with proper hydration. you can give steam inhalation which is very useful .
cough needs to be treated with anti allergic and expectorant bronchodilators jvor antitussives medicine which should be given only after a proper evaluation by the doctor according to the type of cough.
if fever is there paracetamol can be given to reduce the fever and the dose can be repeated after 6 hours again if required .

Use saline nasal drops
Give adequate feeding
Bm contains natural antibiotics to cure infection like cold cough naturally
Consult with your doctor in person for proper physical examination and treatment see your own treating doctor can guide you more and can solve your problems
