My 3 months old baby is gassy from last 3 days but not pooping. Please suggest

A. Bonnisan This is the medicine with Himalaya are you can go ahead with giving five drops to the child maximum four times in the day if needed this is going to help in reduction of the problem that your child has whether it is gas stomach pain or constipation as well
