My 3 months old baby is frequently trying to suck his fingers/thumb evening while sleeping. Can you please suggest some solution to stop this?

A. hello normal with kids at this age n baby is trying to explore its own body parts n may distract the child n also as baby grows will get rid of it on its own n now can also be to soothe its own
