Q.

my 3 months old baby having diarrhea since from last 20days and from one week blood coming with motion. doctor suggested to give TAXIM-O, entogermia and Z & D. I have these for 5 days and z&d continuing for 14 days. but no use so doctor suggested to take CBC and CRP blood test. here is the report attached, kindly check and let me know. i couldn't attach second page so i written result as below for CRP test CRP - 2 mg/l

A. Dehydration is the most dangerous aspect of diarrhoea and can even send a baby to the hospital if not treated on time. Replenishing the body’s lost fluids is the first step in treating diarrhoea. If the baby is drinking milk or formula without vomiting, continue feeding it often. Older babies can be given small sips of water, electrolyte solution, or an oral rehydration solution (ORS).
