A. whenever you are taking any medicine which has been given by your doctor you have to wait and watch for three days and follow the instructions given by the doctor and if there is no improvement after three days then take a follow up. so kindly take a follow up with your doctor who will tell you whether any change in medicine or any other investigation is needed or not nebulization as well as nebulization medicines are decided by the doctor.d so your doctor will decide after examination whether your child needs a nebulization or not the maximum nebulization that you can give to the child without medical consultation is with normal saline d
