my 3 months old baby boy is having kind of allergies on his head... it's like dry skin or dandruff... please help?? is it due to oil or shampoo??

It Please cradle cap and every child has it it is not some kind of an allergy and issue that your child is having just regularly oil shampoo and brush the head of the child it is going to come out over the period and later once you get the scalp shaved off things are going to be permanently better so as of now it is not at all and issue
