My 3 months old Baby Boy is continuously doing Green POOP from last 1-1.5 months. but since last 2 days his POOP colour changed to GREY. Please help to confirm is this normal or there is some issue...

Observe more for grey stools.. if it continues, do consult with paedritician once .
try to feed longer from one side to get hind milk.

Grey colour poop is normal in babies.
If ur baby is active and comfortable otherwise, passing out urine 6-8 times in a day, accepting feeds then no need to worry.
Exclusive breastfeed ur baby till six months.
