Q.
my 3 months old baby asking feeding to sleep. he only sleeps until i feed him. after that he is awake and still asking me to feed though his tummy is full. i don't know how to make him sleep. today from morning till evening he didn't sleep. what to do? please give me some tips

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. hello dear, it's a normal behavior.. sooth your baby.. rock your baby in your arms, walk in kangaroo style, swaddle him, play white noise, sing lullabies.. and feed well.

How to Break the Feed-to-Sleep Habit Feed your baby at the beginning of the bedtime routine.Put your baby to bed drowsy but not asleep.Don't go cold-turkey if your baby currently wakes between four to six times a night.Don't panic if your baby falls asleep during a night feed.
