Q.

My 3 months baby boy is passing green stool ?? Anything to worry about. He is having mothers milk and also enfamil milk.

A. it can be due to formula as Certain brands of formula milk resulting in green poop. or Imbalance in foremilk and hind milk also causes green stools. If green poop with foul smelling than it indicates some bacteria infection...if so kindly Consult your doctor.
