my 3 months baby boy always playing with saliva.its not drooling..is this normal

Sravanthi Anush SaramekalaGuardian of a 1 yr 10 m old girl1 Year agoA. same happening with my little one.however when consult my pediatrician he suggested me that it's normal however asked me to keep the baby hydrated exclusively with breastfeeding.however it's alway btr to consult pediatrician
