my 3 months 10 days baby makes eye contact only when he is playing and gives reflex smile also at that time. otherwise does not. is this any problem with his brain or nervous system?

A. hi mom it seems to be fine but observe him and if anything suspicious then seek doctors adivse some babies show gestures at different time stay safe
