my 3 month's old baby boy releasing gas and pooping tightly?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. Gas in smaller babies is a very common and a Matter of concern most of the times for care giver.
its mostly because of immaturity of the gut . formula feed or early introduction of cows milk in bagfbies may be aggravating factor. proper burping after each feed is very important.
Enzyme preparatigons like aglozyme or vitazyme can be beneficial.Also colicaid drops can be given.

Bonnisan five drops can be given to the child as of now this is going to be really very helpful in reducing down the issue that your child is having because all the kids mostly have this kind of an issue only but this medicine is going to come very handy for that
