My 3 month old twin babies take the vitamin(vitanice), iron(tonoferon) and calcium(calcimax) syrups. They take vitanice daily 1 ml, tonoferon 9 drops and 7 drops per day, and calcium 5ml per day .How long this taken and is there any need to increase or decrease the dosage of these syrups
