my 3 month old son took his pentavalent vaccine shots today.. no fever but skin feels yellow on touch.. is it normal..?

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl3 years agoA. U Should I actually rub ice on to that area where the vaccination has been given it is going to settle down over the period ended the fever hasn’t come then that’s a good thing only but you can come within 24 hours also so you better be cautious with that
