my 3 month old daughter has continuous problem of cold and cough...her throat always seems like have some disturbing noise and also her stool colour is greenish from long time

use saline nasal drops six months.
give indirect steam inhalation twice a day.
apply noble cold ointment over baby's clothing and bedding

Your baby is passing green colour stool because your baby is having cold and cough from very long time. And as you mentioned that baby is having continuously cold and cough then in such case you should definitely consult with your paediatrician about it. Because your doctor can only advise you well after examining baby
