My 3 month old babys spit ups are like curd normally but the past few days they are just like milk even after 2 to 3 hrs of feed and burping. She also has been having loose motion with green stool.

A. hi need to visit your pediatrician for once. please feed your child at gap of 2 or 3 hours. but please don't overfeed your child. keep your child head slightly elevated while feeding. burp your baby in between and after each feeding.
