My 3 month old baby’s poop is in green color Even he have vomiting after each breast feed Am giving nan pro 1 also , is there anything wrong?

A. good afternoon the cases green motion indicates the fact that the baby might be suffering from some sort of infection in the body I would recommend you to please try to visit your doctor for proper clinical examination he will be able to guide you better
