Hello maam If your child is passing urine in proper quantity and your child is taking all the feeds properly and not showing any sign of discomfort like stomach ache or crying excessively something like that till then there is nothing to be worried about because the small child can go without passing motion for 7 to 10 days or even 15 days in certain cases
