my 3 month old baby not doing peeing at whoe night? should i worry

(20 -22 times per day is also normal).
Exclusive breast feed ur baby till 6months of age.
Don't force for feed
Feed ur baby as per babys demand only
Feed with proper position
Keep ur baby well hydrated

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. urinary pattern in small children is totally different. they may pass more than 20 times per day urine also and sometimes they will pass urine again and agdain in only one hour.
the minimum requirement would be more than 7 times in 24 hours. if it is less give more breast feeding or milk and if it is more xno need to worry if the child is not having any other complaint.
