My 3 month old baby is spitting after every feeding also vomiting sometimes.. his weight gain is also normal.. do i need to worry?? How to overcome this issue… plz help?? TIA feeding also vomitting sometimes.. his weight gain is also normal… do i need to worry?? Ing after

Vomiting is completely normal at this age that’s basically due to stomach reflux so that’s completely normal and common for that I would advise you that you go ahead with feeding the child only on demand that’s going to be helpful and burping equally play the important role
