my 3 month old baby is sleeping with face liedown can it be safe?

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 months agoA. mam itvis absolutely safe if the baby is sleeping on stomach, no problem in that. baby should feel comfortable while sleeping position does not matter. please make the baby burp after every feed. also givev only mother's milk till the age of six years.
