Q.
My 3 month old baby is on breastfeed only. He used to poop a little many times a day since his birth. but he has stopped pooping suddenly since yesterday. it's been more than 24 hours, he hasn't pooped.

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. baby is only three months of a there is a lot of variation in the passing of stool in the baby a baby not passing stool even up to 1 week also no need to worry
