My 3 month old baby is enough active but he is not take feeding properly gap around 4-5 hrs btwn every feed. And his stool is irregular.

A. make sure your child should pass Urine atleast 7 or 8 times in a day

A. hi both these things are normal. nothing to worry. just feed your child on demand. make sure your child get enough milk. burp your baby well after each feeding. give massage to your child regularly.
