my 3 month old baby have white patches on her body. why this means?,is it serious?

See I told this could be colour discolouration or it could be due to some skin related problem or dryness in the area so better to check with your doctor the paediatrician has to actually examine the situation personally then only they can tell me what is the problem and what is needed to be done
