my 3 month old baby has white rashes in her urinal area.Please advice this is one infection or not. can u provide any medicine

White patches could be due to dryness in the skin to apply Boroline antiseptic and gently onto the empty Amit area 3 to 5 times in the day that should be helpful and avoid using diapers for continuous usage of it for 4 to 5 days then you can connect with your doctor regarding that
