my 3 month old and he has mucus and blood spots in his poop..he is exclusively on formula feed

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. Hello mom that’s not a good sign of having blood spots in stools , is he passing hard stools or having difficulty while passing , please check with concentration of the formula and the quantity , make it slightly dilute
