Q.

my 3 month baby is keeping her tongue out in all time and while sleeping.please suggest what to do.

A. putting tongue outside maybe normal in the baby sometimes it can be a sign of hypothyroidism k cxand it is advisable to consult your local doctor for proper examination and if it is need for appropriate investigations in this regard and far proper management of the problem

A. Teething Could possibly be the reason that your child is behaving like this so you can check the gums of the child if you see hardness or swelling into that area then that would possibly be one reason
