My 3 month baby girl is not having potty since 3 days.. now she is vomitting milk??what should I do?

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl1 Year agoA. It’s common due to stomach reflux not a problem with the child is vomiting and constipation is also completely normal in this age so need not worry about it once the child will be proper that I will poop as a constipation can be seen for small kids for 7 to 10 days also
